History

Airport Business Solutions (ABS) was founded in 1988 to provide specialized valuation and consulting services to the aviation industry. At the time, most real estate and financial professionals lacked the expertise needed to accurately analyze airport-based properties and aviation businesses. The firm was created to fill that gap, bringing aviation-specific knowledge and experience to the valuation and strategic analysis of airports and aviation facilities.

From the beginning, ABS focused on the unique economics and operational realities of aviation assets, including fixed base operations, corporate hangars, air cargo facilities, control towers, and terminal facilities.
